Cody: The COD E-commerce Platform Built for Tunisian Sellers
Cody brings your store, ads, phone confirmation, shipping with Tunisian carriers and fulfilment into one platform. Pricing, features and launch date, by founder Mohamed Arfaoui.
If you sell online in Tunisia, you already know the real work starts after the order: calling the customer, confirming the address, creating the parcel with a courier, following the delivery and counting the cash. That is exactly the work we built Cody to take off your hands.
Cody is the e-commerce platform I founded for cash-on-delivery (COD) sellers. Its promise is simple, and it is the headline on the site: your COD store, online. Orders handled. Cody launches on 7 November 2026. Here is what it does and how it is priced.
One platform instead of five tools
Most COD sellers juggle a website, a spreadsheet for orders, a call center, several courier dashboards and an ads account. Cody brings them together: one platform to build your website, grow with ads, confirm every order by phone, ship across Tunisia and fulfil from our warehouse. You focus on the product and the offer. You just wait for orders.
Pay only when you sell
The pricing is built around the fact that a new seller does not know yet how many orders will come:
- No subscription and no setup fee: 0 TND per month.
- 30 TND of free credit to start.
- 0.5% per order on the Cody platform: orders, products, stock, leads, analytics and shipping in one dashboard.
Two optional add-ons sit on top. Phone confirmation: Cody's agents call every customer, at 0.500 DT per confirmed order and 0.250 DT per non-confirmed one. Fulfilment: Cody stores, packs and ships your products so you only wait for the orders.
From click to doorstep: five steps, four handled for you
Every order goes through the same five steps. Cody and its team handle four of them:
- Order: the customer orders from your store and it lands in Cody instantly.
- Confirm: an agent calls the customer to confirm address and quantity. Cody works with 100+ confirmation agents on the phone, and shows an average confirmation rate of 73%.
- Ship: the parcel is created with a Tunisian carrier in one click.
- Track: delivery statuses update on their own, so you can follow up on returns.
- Get paid: cash is collected on delivery and you see every dinar in analytics.
Cody connects to Tunisian carriers including Navex Delivery, Fiabilo, Colissimo, Best Delivery, Jetpack Delivery and Adex, with more joining, and covers 24 governorates. Why this matters so much: in COD, your profit depends on how many orders are really delivered. I explain that in 7 ways to reduce COD returns.
We build your store, or you connect yours
If you do not have a store yet, you tell Cody about your product and the team designs a high-converting COD store for you, with an order form, product pages and tracking, ready to take orders. If you already sell through Shopify or your own website, you can connect it instead. Cody also recovers abandoned checkouts: every unfinished order becomes a lead for your team to call.
20+ apps, one store
Cody connects with the tools you already use, including Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp, Meta, Google Sheets, Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Stripe, PayPal and Telegram. It also hands repetitive tasks to an AI agent, so orders keep moving even when you are not at your desk.
Who Cody is for
Cody is for Tunisian sellers who want to start or grow a COD business without building a team for confirmation, shipping and tracking, and for agencies and media buyers who want clean delivery data. If you run ads, the delivery data is what turns good-looking campaigns into real profit, as I explain in why your media buyer can't scale your store. And if you are just starting, my guide to starting an e-commerce business in Tunisia is a good first read.
